Step 2 — Project Assessment

We review your request and determine whether a site visit is required.

If no site visit is needed, we request details such as: Desired dimensions, features & functionality, material and finish preferences.

This allows us to provide an accurate quotation.

If a site visit is required, we schedule a visit at a time convenient for you to take measurements, map out the layout and discuss your needs.

Step 3 — Quotation

Based on the information gathered (or site visit), we provide a project quotation.

Step 4 — Approval & Deposit

Once the quotation is approved, a 50% down payment is required to secure the project and begin production.

Step 5 — Design & Confirmation (for site-visit projects)

For projects requiring precise fit and layout, we prepare a detailed drawing outlining: Final measurements, materials & finishes, layout and construction details.

You’ll review and confirm or request adjustments before fabrication begins.

Step 6 — Crafting

Your piece is carefully handcrafted according to the approved design and specifications.

Step 7 — Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation are scheduled. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day of delivery/installation.
